Through guided breath, movement, and presence, we release trauma energy, tension, and old imprints from the body and nervous system to open the flow of healing and life force energy. Each circle is supported by Sacred Cacao, Rapé, Light Language, and Sound Meditation to deepen the experience. Come as you are. Leave lighter, open, and in remembrance of your connection to Source.
